She has learned how to foster and maintain an effective workforce, starting from building an effective team, to managing for results, through to the ultimate goal of achieving greater organizational success through improved teamwork.

 Kimberly is a Wealth Accumulation Specialist at Sanmar Financial Network located in the West loop of Chicago. She is responsible for assisting her clients to make smart choices with their hard earned dollars through the use of investment and insurance programs. She has made great strides with her clients since joining the firm and was recognized at the 2013 Conference of Champions from The National Life Group, and in 2014 she became a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Sanmar has been successful with creating financial strategies for our clients since 1974. We help clients establish and monitor lifetime financial goals; create emergency funds and maintain effective budget systems; obtain life,medical, disability income insurance, long term care insurance, and annuities; establish college plans; establish and maximize retirement plan, and much more.


KimCo International provides Life Coaching services developing professionals.  Her job is to primarily help their clients set and achieve personal goals. Such goals can be relevant to our client’s job, personal life or interpersonal relationships; She provides counseling services to people in the areas of personal growth, relationship issues, career path and related topics.

Bruce Chatman

Bruce D. Chatman is an owner and the Chief Executive Officer and President of Essex Renewable Power, LLC and its Managing Member. Mr. Chatman was born in Chicago, Illinois into a warm, caring family that emphasized the values of hard work, a broad based education, the worth of every human being, and the importance of having a relationship with God. These values and his understanding of the importance of negotiations and being able to move from thought to results oriented action have helped him become successful in many different areas of his business life.

After four years in the U.S. Air Force as a non-commissioned officer in charge of cryptographic communications centers in Seville, Spain and Niagara Falls, New York, Mr. Chatman began his career with IBM in 1973 as a systems repair technician. Beginning in 1979, he held several management positions over the course of his IBM career, accepting his first management position after just 6 years at the company and achieving his last position as a Sr. Business Transformation Consulting Executive in 1999 before retiring in 2002.

After 3 years at IBM, Mr. Chatman resigned from IBM in 1976 to become an independent entrepreneur and established a consumers buying business called Consumers Cooperative Club in the Chicago area. Other entrepreneurial pursuits were publishing a TV guide-like weekly magazine called “Sights and Sounds” and ownership in a restaurant and night club in Chicago. He returned to IBM in Chicago in 1978 after selling those business interests.
